  • Property shortlisting, accompanied visits, commercial discussion support, lease review coordination, inventory check-in, and move-in assistance.
  • School search and education support, including guidance on suitable schooling options, location preference, admission coordination, and documentation support where required.
  • Settling-in services including assistance with bank account opening, utility connections, internet/phone setup, local registrations, transport guidance, furniture or appliance coordination, and essential city information.
  • Tenancy support including landlord coordination, lease renewals, maintenance follow-up, utility bill coordination, lease expiry tracking, and exit support.
